INCORPORATING CARBOHYDRATES INTO A KETOGENIC DIET

A standard ketogenic diet is very high fat (typically 75%), and next to no carbohydrates. There are a tonne of benefits to this diet, especially for people who suffer epilepsy. As a lot of people are starting to adopt this diet, it’s worth noting that there are ways in which you can modify it to incorporate the benefits of carbohydrates, together with the benefits of a keto diet, when training.
